This product is made with 2 blades, manufactured in our 5-layer co-extruders, with 3 welds. The reason we built 3-seal bags is because the risk of loss of vacuum is zero.

As we are manufacturers, our bags can be manufactured with the thickness and the extent requested by the client.
We can customize any bag to the "Die" to display both European and stamping round, the latter in different sizes.

Vacuum Packed Baking
These bags are used for pasteurization and sterilization in autokey machines, and to withstand temperatures up to 120 degrees.

6 ink printing up without minimum quantity, both in print sandwich and outsode print.
Metallic silver and Gold Bags
We can do all kinds of measures at both Silver / Silver, Silver / Transparent or Gold / Transparent.
We also have the option to manufacture these bags with different areas (in the same bag can be incorporated different products).
Bags RAYBAC® (For External Vacuum)
Joelplas, S.L. presents an external vacuum bag called RAYBAC®. This bag is made of polyamide / polyethylene.As producers of the film and bag, Joelplas can adapt perfectly to the needs of customers, providing an effective response.
The standard bag has a thickness of 90 My. microns. These bags are served in packs of 100 units.
